Tideon is a platform built to run the treasury function of multi-entity groups in Türkiye. It was written knowing exactly where spreadsheet-driven cash management fails: missing data, late information, and figures whose source is unclear.
Why
Why a CFO needs Tideon
A group’s cash position usually lives across several files and several people. It stays unclear which accounts the morning’s figure includes, or on what assumption it was calculated. The error shows up in large amounts, and late.
Tideon was written to close that gap. Every figure carries where it came from, which accounts it includes, and what data is missing. Unreadable data is never treated as zero; the account is excluded from the total, and the reason is written down.

Missing data is never hidden
A value that cannot be read is never treated as zero; the account is excluded from the total.
Assumptions stay visible
A figure calculated on an assumption carries that assumption alongside it.
Forecast and actual stay apart
A forecast carries a hatch pattern; the two never blur together on the same chart.
An untestable result never says “passed”
If the data for a covenant test is missing, it is reported as “could not be tested”.
Separation of authority
The user who prepares a payment cannot approve it; the rule is enforced in the database.
Multi-signature by amount band
Transactions above the threshold require more than one signature; the number needed is frozen at request time.
Audit trail
Every read, change and file generated is on record.
