Group-wide cash visibility, cash flow forecasting, pooling and intercompany funding. Available cash is net of blocked and pledged amounts; balances arrive intraday from open banking services. Every figure carries its source and the assumption behind it.
Loan and deposit portfolio with repayment schedule generation — annuity, equal principal, bullet, grace period. Principal, interest, banking tax and commission in separate columns. Sensitivity range on floating rates. Credit limits split cash and non-cash. Bank guarantee and letter of credit portfolio. Intercompany loans, pooling and sweep.
Gross exposure by currency, hedged portion and net open position. Derivative contracts and their valuation source. Bank concentration, counterparty and open position limits. Covenant tracking with four distinct states — passed, breached, could not be tested, inconclusive. Financial ratios and the cash conversion cycle.
Automatic categorisation of bank transactions through a rule engine, with counterparty resolution. Matching of bank transactions to ledger entries, each with a confidence score. Chart of accounts mapping, cost accounting method split, financial statement derivation.
Maturity ladder and a 90-day due-date calendar. Discount simulator: effective cost broken down by rate, day count, value date, banking tax and commission. Cheques pledged or discounted are tracked separately — in the portfolio but not liquid. Bounced cheque tracking, endorsement, due-date rolling for holidays.
Instructions from four sources: manual entry, planned cash flow, loan instalments and payables coming due. Multi-signature approval by amount band, with segregation of duties. The same item cannot enter two batches. Bank-format file generation and bank responses tracked per instruction.
A value that cannot be calculated stays empty and says why. A figure calculated on an assumption carries that assumption beside it. When the data was read is visible on every screen.

Chart of accounts mapping
Financial statements derived from the Turkish uniform chart of accounts; the two cost accounting methods are kept distinct.
Limit · claims
Bank guarantees and letters of credit
An expired guarantee does not release your limit — it stays in force until the original is returned to the bank. Limits blocked for years surface here; the claim process is tracked too.
Commercial code · convention
Due-date rolling
Cheques and notes follow commercial code rules; loan instalments follow the convention in their own contract. The two are not the same. The reason for each roll is kept on record.
Tax · levies
Banking tax, withholding, credit levy
Taxes and levies are included in loan and deposit calculations. The credit levy is zero on commercial loans.
Contractual rate
FX rate policy
A separate rate policy per transaction type: reporting, forecasting, intercompany, accounting. Intercompany transactions never use the market rate — if no contractual rate is declared, the amount is not converted and nothing is invented. So two entities do not reconcile differently every day.
Bank API integrations
Ready one-to-one integration with 20+ banks
Connections are ready with more than twenty banks in Türkiye. Intraday balances and transactions from open banking services, reconciliation from statement files, bank-format files for payment instructions. Even after a connection is live, no account enters the totals until its mapping is verified.
Intraday balances and transactionsVia open banking services and MT942, several times a day.
End-of-day statementMT940 · camt.053 — for reconciliation.
Payment instructionISO 20022 pain.001 and bank-format files.
Loans, guarantees and letters of creditLimit, blocked and claim data are read per account.
FX rate policy and feed layerSource and read time are recorded; no amount is converted before a rate arrives.
Connection healthA dropped connection is never hidden: it is marked with a hatch pattern and the affected total is called out.
ERP and accounting
Ready ERP integrations
Ledger movements, invoices, journal entries and the trial balance are read from the ERP; the cash forecast is fed by these records and financial statements are derived from the trial balance. Reconciliation follows the Turkish chart of accounts, and unmatched entries never enter the totals.
The bank side runs on ready connections. On the ERP and accounting side a transfer layer is in place: standard file transfer, scheduled jobs and a REST service. Your own channels are decided together during onboarding.
Bank data formats
Supported formats for statement and balance transfer; no account enters the totals until its mapping is verified.
Transfer of ledger movements, invoices, journal entries and the trial balance; driven by the chart of accounts mapping.

Security and data
Permissions and audit that fit a group structure
In a multi-entity treasury, who can see what and who can approve what is defined in the product’s first layer.
Multi-tenant isolationEvery record is tagged with its organisation; access control lives in the database layer, not the application layer. Even a badly written query cannot return another organisation’s data.
Role-based permissionsPermissions at entity and module level.
Segregation of dutiesThe user who prepares cannot approve. This rule is enforced in the database and cannot be bypassed from the application layer.
Multi-signature by amount bandTransactions above the defined thresholds require more than one signature. The number of signatures is frozen at request time and cannot be lowered later by changing the threshold.
Audit trailEvery change is recorded with the user and a timestamp.
KVKKRetention periods and access logs are defined. The personal data processing inventory is prepared together during onboarding.
